About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer / Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. You will work on solving complex problems using state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning, computer vision, and AI, while collaborating closely with a talented team of engineers and researchers.
Responsibilities:
Technical Contributions:
Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML applications using Python.
Architect and implement scalable, production-ready software solutions for various AI-based applications.
Handle end-to-end deployment of AI solutions using containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools.
Implement hierarchical problem decomposition, design and integrate AI-based solutions with other subsystems.
Deliver solutions for customers and independently lead sub-projects within larger programs.
Research, develop, and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques such as Active Learning, GANs, and computer vision models.
Collaborate with team members to design and architect innovative AI solutions that meet business objectives.
Debug and optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable code and develop comprehensive documentation for AI solutions.
Propose new technologies and methodologies to improve our AI stack and continuously enhance system performance.
Team Collaboration:
Be a proactive team player, working independently and providing technical insights to the team and leadership.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in project goals.
Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring team members and providing guidance on technical solutions.
Professional Experience & Skills Required:
Cumulative experience in image/video processing and other data analysis using ML and DL techniques.
Hands-on experience with popular ML/DL frameworks
Extensive experience in computer vision, edge AI, and implementing AI techniques from the latest research.
Experience in deploying AI solutions using AWS Sagemaker or similar cloud platforms.
Proficiency in using real-time communication protocols (WebSocket, Socket.IO), message queuing systems (Redis Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ), and RESTful APIs.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment and with version control systems like Git.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Research papers or academic contributions in AI/ML, computer vision, or related fields.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Expertise in implementing AI techniques such as GANs, Active Learning, and other cutting-edge models.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s, master's in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Key Competencies:
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to break down complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex, unstructured data.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, adapting to changing technical requirements.
Proactive in learning new technologies and methodologies to improve system performance.
Strong documentation skills and the ability to maintain comprehensive, organized records.
