Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead and oversee our Production & post-production projects. This role demands a mix of creative prowess, leadership, and technical expertise. As the Creative Director, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to conceptualize, execute, and deliver world-class production & post-production projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead creative direction for all production & post-production projects, ensuring high-quality output.
Collaborate and co-ordinate with clients to understand project goals and deliver innovative solutions.
Oversee editing, motion graphics, animation, and VFX processes, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Manage a team of editors, animators, and graphic designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual strategies aligned with client briefs.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the studio’s work.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining creative standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in leading production & post-production teams and managing creative projects.
Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, animation, and storytelling techniques.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Da Vinci Resolve, and 3 D software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage with clients effectively.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.
A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of post-production projects.
