RRNV TECH PVT LTD is a dynamic and fast-growing firm providing top-notch financial services to clients around the globe. We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team, who will play a key role in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy for both local and international clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliation :
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between bank statements and company financial records.
Identify discrepancies, resolve errors, and communicate findings with management.
General Ledger Maintenance :
Update and maintain the company’s general ledger by recording financial transactions.
Ensure all entries are correctly categorized and balanced.
Accounts Payable & Receivable :
Manage incoming and outgoing payments, including generating and tracking invoices.
Reconcile customer and vendor accounts to ensure payment accuracy.
Excel-based Reporting :
Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas) to generate detailed financial reports and analyze financial data.
Ensure accurate tracking of expenses, cash flow, and other financial metrics.
Client Interaction :
Communicate clearly and effectively with international clients, answering queries about invoices, transactions, and reconciliations.
Provide financial data explanations, report findings, and troubleshoot any client issues related to bookkeeping.
Compliance and Documentation :
Ensure that all financial documents comply with relevant accounting standards and legal regulations.
Assist in preparing documents for audits and reviews.
Support in Month-end and Year-end Closures :
Assist with closing monthly financials, ensuring all records are accurate and reconciled.
Support in the preparation of year-end financial statements
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Languages : Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) to interact with international clients.
Technical Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Excel , including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis).
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Tally, Xero, or SAP) is a plus.
Attention to Detail : A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail in financial transactions and reports.
Problem-solving : Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies quickly.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
