Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented OTA (Online Travel Agency) Listing Associate to oversee and optimize our property listings on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and other OTAs. You will play a key role in enhancing the visibility of our properties, maximizing bookings, and ensuring our listings maintain a consistent brand image. This role requires a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of OTA platforms.
Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize property listings across all OTA platforms to increase visibility, occupancy, and revenue.
Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards, including descriptions, amenities, photos, and pricing.
Conduct regular audits of property listings to ensure quality and consistency, and to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to adjust pricing strategies and availability in real-time, based on market trends and competitor analysis.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest engagement, response rate, and reviews on each platform.
Analyze booking patterns and performance data, generating reports to optimize listing performance.
Coordinate with property managers and customer service teams to resolve issues raised by OTA platforms, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Stay updated with OTA policy changes, promotions, and algorithm updates to maintain top rankings and visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Proficiency in using OTA platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and MakeMyTrip.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple listings and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing for OTAs is a plus.
