The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale customer engagements , handling enterprise stakeholders , and delivering solutions. This role requires strong leadership, customer management, and the ability to align technology delivery with business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Project DeliveryManage the full lifecycle of enterprise-grade projects from initiation to deployment and post-implementation support.Ensure delivery of high-performance, scalable, and secure web/app/cloud solutions tailored for enterprise needs.Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and compliance standards.Customer & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring clear communication and trust-building.Manage stakeholder expectations across business and technical teams.Conduct executive steering committee meetings, status reviews, and presentations.Translate complex technical concepts into business value discussions .Team & Resource LeadershipLead cross-functional teams of developers, testers, designers, integration engineers, and DevOps specialists.Coordinate with customer IT teams and third-party vendors in hybrid delivery models.Foster collaboration, accountability, and productivity across teams.Technology OversightOversee delivery of projects involving diverse set of technologies including but not limited to front-end (Angular, React) , back-end (.NET, Node.js, APIs) , databases (SQL, MongoDB, Postgres) , mobile development (Flutter, Native, React) and Azure cloud services .Manage enterprise integration using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) .Ensure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and performance standards.Governance, Quality & ReportingMaintain RAID logs , track KPIs, and enforce project governance.Ensure adherence to coding standards, QA practices, and enterprise DevOps pipelines.Prepare and present executive-level dashboards, financial tracking, and ROI reports .QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business. (PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred).Experience:5+ years of experience in project management , with at least 3+ years handling enterprise-scale projects .Proven success in managing enterprise customers across industries (B2B, SaaS, ERP, cloud modernization, or integration projects).Experience delivering Azure-based solutions, web/mobile apps, and enterprise integrations .Experience with project managements tools e.g. as Jira, Asana, Teams, Office 365 etcStrong familiarity with Agile/Hybrid methodologies for enterprise projects.Skills:Excellent stakeholder management and enterprise customer engagement skills.Strong understanding of full-stack development and cloud technologies .Ability to handle enterprise projects with complex dependencies.Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skillsKey AttributesEnterprise-level communication & presentation skills.Ability to influence C-level stakeholders .Strong leadership with a customer-first mindset.Resilient and adaptable in high-pressure environments
