Job Description:We are looking for a techno-functional consulting champion who builds strong relationships with clients and project manages the entire change & transformation process in the implementation of Darwinbox HRMSResponsibilities:Project Manage and deliver end to end implementation of the product with the client - starting from Business process mapping to User Acceptance testing and taking the customer live with Darwinbox in a defined timelineAnalyze business requirements and design solutions covering various functional scenarios and prepare presentations for client demoPrepare the blueprint documents, functional specifications in the Business process mapping stage and assist with the complete solution to the client for client-specific use casesCoordinate with the Development team and superiors to define any change request from the client and solution for the client-specific use casePlan and lead meetings and working sessions effectively with both client and product development teamsProvide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project planGuide the client through the change management process and managing both internal and external expectationsProvide support to the client throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live support phase (before handing over to Customer Success team)Map benefits delivered through the implementation of Darwinbox HRMSPrepare documentation to hand over the account to Customer Success teamRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; MBA in HR is preferred2+ years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation roles/HR consulting/HRBP rolesUnderstanding of Technology systems. HRMS system implementation and understanding would be preferredGood in MS Excel, Word and PowerpointProject Management; Familiarity with Project Management tools would be a plusKey behavioural traits: Agility, Analytical.
