Role Description
Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements.
Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions that address business needs, often collaborating with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility.
Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, and user guides.
Testing and Validation: Participate in the testing phase to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are comfortable with new systems and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex problems and develop logical solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycle.
Project Management: Basic knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements and documentation.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: 10-15 years in Project Management
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Business analysis tools and Project management tools.
