This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, capturing genuine moments, and is deeply attuned to social media trends. If you have a knack for shooting captivating reels and curating content that connects with people, this opportunity is for you   Key Responsibilities: Capture Hotel Moments: Create vibrant, engaging, and authentic content that showcases the best experiences at Hotel Tip Top International, including events, guest interactions, culinary delights, and hotel ambiance. Produce Trending Reels: Stay updated with current social media trends to shoot and edit reels that resonate with our audience. Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media posts, stories, and reels that highlight the uniqueness of our hotel. Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar, working with our marketing team to align posts with our social media strategy. Audience Engagement: Track engagement, capture data insights, and analyze which content performs best to continually optimize our social media strategy. Collaborate Creatively: Work alongside our in-house team and external partners to ensure that the content aligns with the overall branding and marketing strategy.   Requirements: Proven experience in content creation, photography, and videography. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube) and a strong understanding of current trends. Skilled in editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
