Location: Remote India About the Role: WMS is looking for a highly driven Lead Generation Specialist who can consistently deliver high-quality, sales-ready opportunities for our SAP and enterprise solutions team. This role is critical to building a revenue-backed pipeline and supporting the organization's growth strategy across GCC, MENA, and India. This position is suited for someone who understands B2B/enterprise sales cycles, can reach decision-makers, and knows how to qualify, nurture, and convert interest into real business opportunities. Why This Role is Critical: This is not a data-entry or marketing support role. This is a revenue-focused, pipeline-creating position that directly contributes to company growth. Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Creation & Opportunity Generation Consistently generate qualified, high-intent leads that convert into real sales opportunities for the sales team. Targeted Prospecting & Outreach Identify and engage decision-makers (CIOs, HR Heads, CFOs, IT Leaders) through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and direct outreach, achieving strong response and engagement rates. Lead Qualification & Scoring Qualify prospects using clear criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) to ensure only sales-ready leads are passed to the sales team. Database & Market Mapping Build and maintain an accurate, well-mapped database of target accounts, industries, and stakeholders in the ERP/SAP space. CRM & Data Accuracy Ensure all leads, touchpoints, conversations, and updates are 100% documented and updated in the CRM. Campaign Support & Execution Support email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, and events by building lists, inviting prospects and converting interest into meetings. Meeting & Demo Scheduling Secure a consistent flow of qualified meetings, demos and discovery calls for the sales team.
