Hiring for Associate/Assistant Manager for leading Fashion E-Commerce Company Manage inventory flow for the entire category, ensuring availability of top-selling styles at all times.  Monitor product performance and take timely corrective actions.  Manage and optimize brand visibility and presentation on the platform to drive conversion.  Ensure high sell-through rates and on-time buying (OTB) fulfilment.  Coordinate with vendors daily, conducting regular catchups to align on pricing & discounting as per brand direction.  Build and maintain strong vendor and brand relationships to ensure smooth operations.  4–5 years of experience in seller handling / junior buying/ junior planning, preferably within women’s apparel.  Excellent planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.  Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem is desirable.
