First Club is a Bengaluru-based platform reimagining how India shops for everyday essentials. We focus on exceptional quality across every single product—whether it’s fruits, flours, oils, dairy, or home staples. As the founding Product Analyst , you will:
Partner with Product, Business, and CX to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Define metrics, dashboards, and processes that make the company truly data-driven.
Lead deep dives into user journeys, funnels, and growth experiments to identify opportunities.

Build and maintain clean, scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
Run funnel, cohort, and retention analyses to understand user behavior.
Partner with product managers on A/B testing and feature impact analysis.
Create simple automations or scripts to reduce manual reporting and enable scale.

2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst / Growth Analyst at Tier-1 tech/product companies.
~ Strong expertise in SQL , data visualization (Looker, Superset, Tableau, etc.), Solid grasp of experimentation, funnel analysis, and behavioral cohorting.
~ Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
Experience building automated reporting workflows .
Curiosity around AI agents / LLMs for internal tools and decision support.

Work on high-velocity product problems with direct impact on customer experience.
