Job description

Post: Manager - Audit and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
Independently finalization of books of account
Independently handling statutory and internal audit
Expertise into CARO, IFC, Tax audits, ICDS and all applicable corporate taxation
Preparation of Financial Statements of Companies (Schedule III).
Preparation of Statutory Audit Report and Notes to Account as per IGAAP.
Knowledge of TDS, GST and Professional Tax Compliances.
Preparation of personal and business tax returns.
Handling of Income Tax litigation matters.
Preparation of Tax Audit Report U/s. 44 AB, 3 CEB, etc
Location- Baner, Pune
Immediate Joiner preferred
