Ecommerce associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to manage and optimize our presence on various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketplace management, including product listing, Inventory management, B2 B order processing, PO management, and raising claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:
Manage accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, or other relevant e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain a positive seller rating.
Product Listings:
Create, update, and optimize product listings with compelling content, accurate specifications, and high-quality images.
Conduct keyword research to improve search visibility and rankings.
Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:
Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely order fulfilment.
Manage returns and refunds efficiently.
Qualification - Graduation
Skills - Language control, Email management, MS Excel
Experience - 2-4 years in the marketplaces
Working days: Monday - Friday
Location - Okhla Phase - I, Delhi
