Designation – Programmatic Sales - Business Development Experience – 3+Years Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for programmatic advertising across the region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including agency trading desks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on best practices in programmatic sales and ensuring high performance. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs for the team and monitor performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. Serve as the primary consultant for clients on programmatic advertising solutions, providing insights into campaign performance and optimization strategies. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in programmatic advertising or digital sales, with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs), real-time bidding (RTB), and data management platforms (DMPs). Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in motivating teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data to make informed decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness and revenue growth.
