Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BBA Principal at SKIPS University in Ahmedabad. The BBA Principal will be responsible for overseeing the academic, administrative, and strategic functions of the Bachelor of Business Administration program. Daily tasks include curriculum development, faculty management, student engagement, and program enhancement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in academic program development and administration
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to mentor and motivate faculty and students
• Ph.D with Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in higher education administration is a plus
