Title: Senior Java Backend EngineerLocation: IndoreJob Type: Full-timeWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday - WFH)Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PMJob Description:-We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with strong experience in Java and Spring Boot to architect and build scalable backend systems. This role involves designing high-performance architectures, mentoring team members, and leading technical decisions for scalable and cloud-native applications.Key Responsibilities:-- Architect, design, and develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.- Lead asynchronous programming, multithreading, and concurrency solutions for high-performance applications.- Design and optimize database schemas using My SQL and No SQL databases (Dynamo DB preferred).- Integrate and manage caching systems (Redis) and messaging queues (Kafka).- Define API contracts and ensure robust RESTful API design and implementation.- Guide cloud deployments and infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Dynamo DB, etc.).- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and maintainable architecture.- Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices.- Participate in system design reviews and promote best practices in scalable and distributed systems.Requirements:-- 4+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.- Strong experience in asynchronous programming, threading, and concurrency.- Expertise with My SQL and No SQL databases (Dynamo DB preferred).- Solid knowledge of Redis, Kafka, and messaging systems.- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS).- Hands-on experience with Dev Ops tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.- Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and scalable system design.- Proven experience in architecting large-scale, high-availability systems.Preferred Qualifications:-- Experience with cloud-native design patterns.- Exposure to performance tuning and system optimization.- Immediate Joiners- Open to work on SaturdaysApply Now:-Send your resume to with the subject line: Senior Backend Engineer – Application
