Join Americana Restaurants as a Senior Product Designer (UX), where you'll work on mobile applications, kiosks, and progressive web apps (PWAs) for globally recognized brands like KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee's, and many more. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with strong mobile-first design skills, excellent knowledge of design systems, and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.

Lead the design efforts for mobile apps, kiosks, and PWAs for major brands like KFC, Pizza Hut, and Hardee's.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple platforms.

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, focusing on mobile-first, responsive, and RTL design solutions where necessary.

• Create, maintain, and advocate for design systems that ensure consistency across multiple digital products and brands.

• Work closely with stakeholders and developers to bring designs to life while ensuring the final product aligns with the design vision.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to improve user engagement and satisfaction. 10+ years of professional experience in mobile UI/UX design, with a focus on B2C brands.

• Extensive experience working with large, well-known brands, preferably in the food or restaurant industry.

• Excellent knowledge of design systems and their application across multiple platforms.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first design, responsive web design, and case studies of products and modules delivered.

• Experience with RTL (right-to-left) design for global markets is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects. Candidate must have experience in creating micro-animations.

• Excellent understanding of responsive web design, mobile apps, and kiosk interfaces.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions to stakeholders and team members.

Tools & Software:

• Figma (primary tool for UI/UX design and collaboration)

• Photoshop (for image editing)

• After Effects (for Lottie, UI animations and prototyping)

• Adobe XD/Sketch / Invision (optional) Americana Internal

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in the food industry or working with food-related brands is a plus.

• Experience in designing user experiences for apps, kiosks, and PWAs with complex functionalities (e.g., food delivery, ordering systems).

Demonstrable experience in designing for mobile-first applications and multi-platform systems (kiosks, PWAs, etc.).

Work on exciting and impactful projects for world-renowned brands like KFC, Pizza Hut, and Hardee's.
