Logistics: Vendor Management for Transport - Commercial3.1 Prepare contracts for transportation after rate finalisation.

Panel – HO Accounts, HO Logistics, Plant Head, Plant Commercial, Plant Logistics Cost-effective Rate Contracts of Transport Deviations in Rates compare to previous year2.

Logistics: Monthly/Daily MIS Reports3.1 Prepare MIS for Bulk quantity in Barrels,number of Tankers other transport.

Monthly MIS Report submission by 5th of following month.

Daily report submission by 7 pm.

No. of instances of delay in submission.

No. of errors in MIS report.3.2 Analyse and submit In/Out bound vehicle and dispatch report, Vehicle utilization and Fleet Operations report daily to HO.3.

Logistics Management: Storage house Operations for RM - Technical1.1 On receipt of Raw material at Dock ensure material reaches at Taloja & Silvassa for safety purpose.1.

Vehicle movement in with zero threat.2.

Succesfully monitoring the Net Weight.

No instances of unwanted material, found in Driver's cabin.

Deviations in % of KL before and after.1.2 Place tankers and trucks to send outbound material to PAN India from Taloja & S location.

Logistics Vehicle Operations Management- FG & RM -Technical2.1 Track all dispatches and vehicles available for loading( including maintenance) & report to management on daily basis.2.2 Ensure all received tankers are clean, non-rusted, dry, odourless, painted inside out before loading of material.2.3 Ensure unloading activity on Customer part is completed with 36 hours of TAT & beyond TAT hours put Detention charges.

Proper Vehicle Management Tankers cleanliness & availability Smooth fleet operations.

Finish Goods reach to Customer end in time.

Clean and odourless tankers availability.

Cost effective freight rates, Credit Payment terms, Rate Contracts Cabin Area of Truck checking No. of hours delay in managing vehicle Instances of Unloading of Raw material beyond 36 hours TAT.

No. of statutory and legal compliances pending pertaining to Vehicle.

Delay to Customer due to any Logistics issues and documentation error.5.

No. of Tankers received below standard requirement.

No. vehicles hire beyond standard market rates.2.4 Co-ordinate with plant and Local Sales for arrangement for road permits in case required.2.5 Ensure to arrange transport for inbound and outbound logistics and co-ordinate with Vendors and prepare contracts for Vendors.2.6 Ensure route freight, loading planning, vehicle trip expense, fund requirement etc., fix of route expense for vehicle on different route.2.7 Ensure repairing charges tanker wise, tyre stock and tyre used (kilometres) is maintained updated timely to mgmt.2.8 Ensure timely vehicle registration, renewal of Road Tax, National Permits, Fitness Certificate, Insurance and PUC of all vehicles.2.9 Provide directions to Plant Logistics for vehicle checking and monitoring on regular basis to avoid theft and pilferages.
