Role Summary:

We seek a passionate and creative  User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, an ability to create intuitive interfaces, and a knack for solving complex problems with simple solutions. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the experience of Biizline users by ensuring that our app is easy to use, visually appealing, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research & Insights:

  • Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of Indian business owners.
  • Analyze user feedback, behavioural data, and market trends to improve the app’s usability and functionality.

2. Design & Prototyping:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that focus on intuitive user flows.
  • Design user interfaces (UI) that are visually appealing and aligned with the Biizline brand.

3. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to implement and test designs.
  • Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, focusing on user needs and business objectives.

4. Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor the app’s performance and user engagement to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, ensuring that Biizline remains ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a tech startup or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience designing for mobile and web applications is essential.
  • Familiarity with Indian business contexts and an understanding of B2B user behaviour is a plus.
