Role Summary:We are looking for a U.S. Tax Accountant with hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing U.S. individual and business tax returns. The role involves tax compliance, bookkeeping, payroll support, tax planning, and preparation of year-end financial statements for U.S.-based clients.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review U.S. tax returns: Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-SHandle federal and state tax compliance and filingsPerform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial recordsManage payroll processing and payroll tax filingsSupport tax planning, estimates, and year-end closePrepare year-end financial statements and reconciliationsCoordinate with clients for data collection and issue resolutionRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience in U.S. tax accounting and complianceStrong knowledge of individual and business tax returnsWorking knowledge of bookkeeping and payrollFamiliarity with U.S. tax and accounting softwareHigh attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:CPA / EA or equivalent U.S. tax exposureExperience working with U.S. clients or CPA firmsExposure to multi-state filings
