Role & Responsibilities- Teach piano lessons to students across different age groups and skill levels (beginners to advanced).
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with international music education standards.
- Train students for examinations (Trinity College, ABRSM, Rock & Pop) and performances.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and encouraging learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with parents/counselors regarding student performance and development.
- Participate in school concerts, recitals, and events as required.
- Minimum Grade 8 certification in Piano (Trinity/ABRSM/Equivalent).
- Strong theoretical knowledge (music theory, sight-reading, staff notation).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students.
- Experience teaching in a structured music school or academy.
- Ability to teach additional instruments or group lessons will be an added advantage.
- Performance experience in solo or ensemble settings.
