leWe are seeking an experienced Senior/Project Architect who have Strong flair for interior design and workplace trends with a global perspective to lead design integration, technical documentation, and BIM/VDC workflows for workplace and corporate interior projects. This role involves coordinating across disciplines, delivering technical excellence, and driving innovation through advanced tools and processe

ionLead design integration across interior, architecture, structure, and MEPF systems using BIM too
ls.Develop detailed technical designs, construction documentation, and spatial visualizatio
ns.Ensure coordination of integrated elements such as acoustics, lighting, branding, and AV/
IT.Conduct quality checks and audits for design and documentation accura
cy.Manage integration of building services with design elemen
ts.
BIM/VDC Implementa
tionDevelop and execute BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for proje
cts.Drive adoption of tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, Enscape, Trimble Connect, and ACC/BIM 360 for model coordination and clash resolut
ion.Create, develop and manage the BIM model, specifications, and design workfl
ows.
Project Manag
ementManage project timelines, milestones, and resource alloca
tion.Monitor workflows, report progress, and implement process improvem
ents.Support risk identification, quality management, and project close-out activi
ties.
Documentation and Rep
ortingPrepare technical packages, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (
BOQs).Ensure compliance with international standards (EMEA/ North America) through accurate document
ation.Collaborate with site teams and vendors to address technical challenges during exec

Qualifications & Ex
perienceEd
ucation:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s in Architecture/Management pre
ferred).Exp
erience:8+ years of experience in architectural design, technical detailing, and BIM/VDC project inte
gration.Proven track record of delivering workplace/corporate interior p
rojects.Experience working on global projects, particularly in EMEA and North
America.
Technic
al skillsProficiency in tools like Autodesk Revit & SketchUp experience with visualization using Enscape from both software is e
ssential.Extensive experience of tools like Navisworks, Trimble Connect, and ACC/BIM 360 for clash coor
dination.Expertise in technical drawings & construction documentation for interior project across EMEA & North
America.
