Mobile App Architect

Having a rich diverse, proven experience of  delivering over 350+ products in 22 years around core Telecom networks globally & having successfully seen  through and adapted to rapid technology changes in Telecom from 2G to 5G today spanning across APAC, SAARC  Countries, Europe, USA, Middle East, Africa & Indian Ocean RIM Countries. Some of our key Core network products & solutions include PCRF for Data & VoLTE, Converged Real-time Rating  & Charging, Unified Policy control & charging etc., with Digital Stack offering consisting of Telecom Big Data  Analytics platform, Loyalty & Campaign Management, Omnichannel Self-care, Mediation, eKYC, Mobile  Financial Services / Mobile Money / Electronic Top-up, Consolidated Messaging Platforms (USSD Gateway,  SMSC and Notifications) etc. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and visionary Mobile Application Architect with deep expertise in Flutter and/or React  Native frameworks. As the Mobile Architect, you will design, develop and lead the implementation of cross-platform  mobile solutions that deliver a world-class user experience. You’ll guide teams, define best practices and ensure our apps are scalable, maintainable and high performing. Key Responsibilities: • Architect and design robust, secure and scalable cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and/or  React Native. • Define coding standards, reusable components and technical guidelines for mobile development teams. • Lead technical decision-making and provide mentorship to developers on architecture, design patterns and  best practices. • Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers and Backend teams to translate requirements into  functional mobile apps. • Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks and ensure apps are efficient across devices. • Conduct code reviews and enforce high standards of code quality and test coverage. • Evaluate and integrate third-party libraries, APIs and new tools as needed. • Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, releases and trends. • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for innovative ideas. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. • Proven experience designing and developing mobile applications with Flutter and/or React Native. • Strong expertise in Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript and cross-platform mobile architecture. • Experience integrating native modules, bridging native SDKs and handling platform-specific challenges. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase or similar backend services. • Solid understanding of mobile CI/CD, app distribution and app store deployment processes. • Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Redux, MobX). • Strong debugging, profiling and performance optimization skills. • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive a team of mobile developers. Nice to Have: • Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development. • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests. • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and mobile analytics tools.
