You will work closely with our creative directors, copywriters, and clients to create visually stunning graphics that align with project goals and enhance brand identity.Key Responsibilities:- Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements that align with brand guidelines.- Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create design concepts that effectively communicate messages and engage target audiences.- Layout and Composition: Create layouts that optimize user experience and enhance visual storytelling across digital platforms.- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s identity and voice while adhering to project specifications and timelines.- Graphic Optimization: Prepare and optimize graphics for various digital formats, ensuring high quality across devices and platforms.- Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on client and team feedback to refine and improve final outputs.- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve creative output.- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Educational Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
