We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Planning & Design Coordinator (Civil) to oversee the coordination between design teams, contractors, and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that civil design plans are accurate, feasible, and aligned with the project’s timeline and objectives. They will also facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of designs on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate design development with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to ensure that civil design aspects are well-integrated into the overall project plan.
Review and interpret architectural and civil design drawings , specifications, and reports, providing input on feasibility and compliance with project goals.
Develop and monitor project timelines related to civil design and planning activities, ensuring all milestones are met within the stipulated deadlines.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that all design plans are properly communicated and implemented during construction.
Manage design changes or revisions , coordinating approvals with relevant stakeholders and ensuring updates are communicated effectively to all teams.
Ensure compliance with local building codes , safety standards, and legal regulations in all aspects of civil planning and design.
Conduct regular site visits to assess the implementation of designs and troubleshoot any issues related to design execution or planning.
Assist in preparing technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, outlining the progress of design and planning efforts.
Participate in planning meetings with project management and design teams to track progress and discuss any design or planning-related challenges.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment as per design requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering , Construction Management , or related field.
A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in civil planning, design coordination, or construction project management.
Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Revit, etc.) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles , construction methods, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Saturday , 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
