About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated User Researcher to join our team at Wizdom. In this role, you will be the voice of our users, playing a crucial part in ensuring our products and services are designed to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. You will conduct regular user interviews, gather insights from daily user interactions, and communicate your findings to the product, design, and development teams.

What You'll Do
- Conduct User Interviews: Conduct daily user interviews (remote or in-person) to gather qualitative data on user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Engage with Users: Connect with users on a daily basis through various channels (e.g., in-app messaging, surveys, social media) to understand their experiences and gather feedback.
- Analyze and Synthesize Findings: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key insights, patterns, and trends in user behaviour.
- Communicate Research Findings: Present your research findings in a clear and compelling manner to the product, design, and development teams through reports, presentations, and other formats.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to incorporate user research findings into the product development process.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest user research methodologies, tools, and best practices.
What You'll Bring
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate research findings to diverse audiences.
- User Research Expertise: Proven experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and other user research methodologies.
- Qualitative and Quantitative Research: Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods and the ability to synthesize findings from both.
- Empathy and Curiosity: A genuine interest in understanding user behavior and a strong ability to empathize with users.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
