We’re looking for a Senior Role – Litigation to join our team and lead critical legal functions related to litigation, RERA, land laws, and society formation.Location: PuneKey Responsibilities:Manage and represent the company in consumer and RERA litigationConduct legal due diligence on land records and support JV deal structuringCoordinate contract drafting and review with legal consultantsOversee formation and registration of societies/associationsProvide legal advisory on documentation, property transfers, housing loans, stamp duty, etc.Represent the company in legal hearings and dispute resolutionsKey Performance Indicators:Timely resolution of legal casesAccurate and thorough due diligenceEffective and compliant contract executionSuccessful formation of societies and associationsStrong internal legal advisory and compliance trackingPositive outcomes in litigation and arbitration mattersInternal & External Collaboration With:Internal: Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Projects, Finance, Liaison, Property ManagementExternal: JVP Advocates, Solicitors, External Lawyers, Customers, Society RepresentativesQualifications & Experience:Education: LLB (Bachelor of Law)Experience: 9+ years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation, contract drafting, and real estate lawSkills:In-depth knowledge of Maharashtra land laws , RERA regulations , and real estate litigationStrong contract drafting and negotiation skillsExcellent legal advisory and communication capabilitiesReady to Join Us?If you're passionate about real estate law and want to drive meaningful legal outcomes, we’d love to connect with you.
