The ideal candidate should bring strong design sensibility , technical knowledge , and the ability to contribute meaningfully across project stages — from concept development to execution.Responsibilities Develop and present concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed drawingsPrepare and review working drawings, GFC sets, and interior detailingCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for design intent and execution clarityEnsure compliance with building codes, bye-laws, and municipal requirementsConduct site visits and participate in client presentations and meetingsGuide and support junior architects and interns in design and detailing workKey Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design/drafting software (Revit knowledge is a plus)Strong grasp of architectural detailing, construction methods, and materialsAbility to balance design creativity with practical executionStrong communication, presentation, and coordination skillsAbility to work independently while being a team playerMinimum Qualification B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institutionExperience Required 4–6 years of professional experience in architecture and interiors, especially in residential and commercial projects
