About the Role:
As a Student Recruitment Executive (SRE) at Edvoy, you will support our efforts to identify, onboard, and collaborate with agents and introducers who refer students to our platform. Your role will focus on building strong relationships and driving student recruitment through these partnerships in the B2B segment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and onboarding new agents and introducers to expand our referral network.
Build and nurture relationships with agents to promote student recruitment and enrolment.
Provide training and ongoing support to agents on our platform, services, and processes.
Contribute to strategies aimed at increasing student referrals and enrolments through agents.
Monitor agent activities, gather performance feedback, and support their improvement efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align recruitment efforts with company goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in student recruitment and agent engagement.
