This role demands strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, corporate laws, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end project execution in investment banking.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct due diligence for capital market transactions.Handle drafting, compliance, disclosure, and reporting requirements.Ensure proper record keeping in line with SEBI and regulatory norms.Interact and coordinate with clients for smooth project execution.Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy of all client deliverables.Prepare pitch books, company profiles, and investment memorandums .Stay updated with guidelines/regulations under SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax Act , etc.Collaborate with internal teams for execution of Capital Markets transactions (IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, etc.).RequirementsMinimum 6+ years’ experience in Merchant Banking or Investment Banking.Strong knowledge of SEBI guidelines, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax regulations .Experience in capital markets transactions and regulatory compliance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.Self-driven, dynamic, and result-oriented professional with ability to think out-of-the-box .Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a SEBI-registered Category-I Merchant Banker .Backing of Punjab National
