Job Role: SAP SD L2 Support Years Of Experience Total – 6 to10 years Domain: 3 years + SAP Functional: 5 years + Role Provide SAP SD Incident Management.
support with integration insight on other support modules, to end users enabling them to use SAP and SAP surround applications effectively.
Work with SAP SD Lead in resolving problems and provide changes as required.
Job Description Provide SME Support in resolving the SAP Application issues (Includes RCA, Problem resolution).
Provide functional insights to Technical Team for Incidents and Problem tickets which could not be solved by L2 team.
Provide functional insights to L3 Incidents related to respective SAP modules in the primary environment, and the secondary environment which are non SAP platform applications that may or may not be interfaced with SAP.
Requests handling through Ticketing tool (Which includes follow up, updating Incident and closure within stipulated SLAs).
Strong knowledge in Integration of SD/FI, SD/MM, SD/PP scenarios.
Change Management: ** Responsible for Test plan preparation of all CR’s more than 3 days of effort (medium & complex CR’s).
** RICEF End to End Delivery medium and complex CR’s (Develop Functional specification which requires coding/ configuration , Testing and Deployment).
Gather and publish Data for various stake holders (MIS, Operational KPIs, etc.).
Knowledge Management ( Creating/ updating the System documentation and Training/ User Manuals).
Regularly Collaborate with Business / HR on providing SAP Process and solution insights for End user training, New Joiners and Chief Executives.
SAP Roles & Authorization Management.
Continuous Business Process improvement initiatives.
Qualification Degree: BE/ B-Tech /MBA , etc.
Certifications (Optional) : SAP SD, ITIL-F Essentials Skills: Good Knowledge in all the SAP SD Concepts (SD Pricing, Document controls, GST and E-Invoicing, Variant Configuration, Batch Management, Credit Management/ FSCM, etc.) Good Knowledge in SAP integration Areas with SAP OTC- ECC/S4 and Interface with other Applications (API, IDOCS etc.) Basic ABAP Debugging Knowledge knowledge in SAP HANA, Exposure to Support Projects and End to End Implementation projects Good Communication and Interaction skills with Stake Holders ( Business owners, End users, Solution Architects, etc.) Note: Candidate should relocate near to Karapakkam, Chennai OMR (Office location) Working from Office Interested candidate can share your resume to
