Job Overview
We seek a motivated and organised Senior Associate to manage Canada's NCA and LSO courses. In this role, you will oversee domestic and international teams, conduct live sessions, coordinate with faculty, and provide student support. You will also be responsible for monitoring student progress, updating course content, and evaluating weekly assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live sessions for NCA and LSO courses.
Manage both domestic and international NCA and LSO teams.
Provide academic counselling and support to students, guiding them through challenges in their learning journey.
Coordinate with external faculty members to ensure smooth delivery of lessons and materials.
Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and offer mentorship.
Prepare and submit weekly performance reports.
Update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and Assignment Portal.
Regularly update course content as needed.
Create and evaluate weekly assignments.
Qualifications-
Education:
NCA Qualified.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM) from a recognised university.
Cleared any Canadian bar exam of any province or territory. (preferred).
Experience:
3-10 years of experience in academic counselling, class coordination, or related legal fields.
Must have managed a team of at least five people.
Strong legal knowledge, particularly in an academic setting.
Experience in student management and faculty coordination is preferred.
Skills Required
Fluent in English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and online learning platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to guide and mentor students effectively.

Proactive in addressing student concerns and coordinating with faculty.
Ability to create a productive and positive learning environment.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or within a team.
