We sit at the intersection of behaviour, product and technology, and we want data to guide every important decision.What you'll do :Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new features, updates, and product releases.Conduct market research to understand user needs, competitor landscape, and emerging trends.Create product messaging, value propositions, pitch decks, and communication frameworks.Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to shape product positioning and user flow.Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns.Analyse product performance, user insights, and campaign results to optimise marketing strategies.Lead content creation for product announcements, app store descriptions, newsletters, landing pages, and social media.Work closely with growth teams to plan and execute data-driven experiments.Key Responsibilities :Build product narratives that clearly communicate Jolt’s mission and core features.Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely product release communication.Own product marketing KPIs: feature adoption, activation, conversion, and retention.Monitor feedback, user reviews, and funnel analytics to improve product-market fit.Manage marketing assets, brand guidelines, and user education material.Track competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.Support sales and partnership teams with product decks and collateral.What we are looking for :Minimum 2+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing (preferably in tech, SaaS, or app-based companies).Strong understanding of user psychology, product lifecycle, and marketing funnels.Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Clevertap, Notion, HubSpot, etc.Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal.Ability to translate complex features into simple, clear, and compelling narratives.Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to inform decisions.Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and content teams.A proactive attitude, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.If this feels like you (or someone you know).
