We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender ExecutiveManage activities related to Government e-Marketplace (Ge M) and tender participation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Ge M portal, including product listing, bid/tender participation, and documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain company profile on the Ge M portal.- Upload and update products/services on the Ge M portal with accurate details.- Search, identify, and participate in relevant tenders on Ge M or other tendering platforms.- Prepare and submit tender documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements.- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and government departments for tender-related queries.- Maintain tender records, bid status, and reports using Excel and Word.- Ensure timely submission of bids and follow up on results.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of Ge M portal operations (product listing, bidding, documentation, etc.).- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.- Basic understanding of government procurement and tender processes.- Good communication and documentation skills.- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Experience:- 1–3 years of experience in Ge M / tender management (preferred).- Freshers with basic Ge M knowledge may also apply.Education:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
