PINQ Polka (A Shark Tank featured brand) is a fast-growing D2C brand dedicated to redefining women’s lifestyle, wellness, and personal care. We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to expand our brand reach and build impactful partnerships in the digital space.

Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
#Scout, Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
#Create script, concept, hooks and over all video plan and get it executed.
#Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
#Collaborate with content and social media teams to create compelling influencer-led campaigns.
#Manage influencer outreach, gifting programs, and performance-based collaborations.

2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand collaborations.
✅ Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer landscape, and content marketing.
✅ Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
