Company DescriptionOur team is building products from scratch — from concept to prototypes to production — with a strong emphasis on performance, safety, and user experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Design Engineer located in Patna .The engineer will be responsible for designing and developing the mechanical structure, enclosure, airflow components, and filter housing for our upcoming air purifier.Day-to-day tasks include creating and modifying plastic part designs, developing internal ducts, employing advanced 3D CAD software, solving mechanical and airflow-related challenges, and ensuring that designs meet quality, manufacturability, and performance requirements.Additional responsibilities include prototyping, testing, refining designs based on feedback, and preparing mold-ready CAD for tooling and mass production.QualificationsProficiency in consumer product design , enclosure design , and plastic part designStrong understanding of Mechanical Engineering , DFM/DFMA , and injection molding principlesHands-on experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, or Autodesk FusionAbility to design plastic parts with draft angles, ribs, bosses, snap-fits, screw pillars, and assembly mechanismsUnderstanding of airflow basics , fans/blowers, and mechanical integration with electronics (advantage)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design validation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (electronics, prototyping, vendors)Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldPrior experience in consumer appliances , home appliances , airflow products , or plastic product design is a strong advantage
