We are now looking for passionate, hands-on Tech Co-Founders with strong coding and product engineering expertise to join us in building this transformative journey.

Role: Tech Co-Founder – AI/ML Product Development This is a senior full-stack developer & architect role , ideal for someone with entrepreneurial aspirations who wants to grow into a Co-Founder role in an AI-first startup. Lead end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules.

Build and scale AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems .

Architect and deploy applications in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem .

Manage and mentor a growing team of developers and interns.

Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and board members to align tech strategy with business goals.

3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience.

~ Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products .

~ AI/ML pipelines and productisation

~ Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures

~ LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs

~ GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.)

~ Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, , or related stacks.

~ Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative (preferred).

~ Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.

~ Entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
