Join us on this groundbreaking journey as we reshape the future of finance, governance, and technology.What you'll be doing:- Architect and build scalable full-stack Web3 applications using React, Next.js, and NestJS with TypeScript.- Lead frontend dApp development including wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Phantom, etc.), token gating, and NFT interactions.- Build backend APIs and services with NestJS (TypeScript), integrating directly with Ethereum, Layer 2s and other blockchains.- Develop, audit, and deploy secure smart contracts in Solidity.- Design NFT marketplaces, DeFi dashboards, and FinTech dApps with smooth UX and reliable transaction flows.- Ensure security best practices across frontend, backend, and smart contracts.- Collaborate closely with product and management teams to rapidly iterate, experiment, and launch products.- Mentor other engineers on full-stack Web3 integrations and best practices.What we look for in you:- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with strong focus on React, Next.js, and NestJS in TypeScript.- Proven ability to build frontend Web3 integrations using ethers.js, web3.js, wagmi, rainbowkit, or similar libraries.- Experience in developing backend Web3 integrations: smart contract interaction services, indexers, and blockchain data APIs.- Good knowledge of Solidity and familiarity with Rust smart contracts.- Hands-on experience with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and DeFi protocols.- Proficiency in designing and maintaining robust backend systems with NestJS, Express, or similar.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.- Strong problem-solving skills, with focus on performance, security, and scalability.- Clear and effective communicator who can explain complex Web3 concepts.- Ability to drive end-to-end features and work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
