Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and driven Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update the hiring records accurately.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive hiring practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or SaaS/startup environment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
