Our vision is to manifest and harness ideas, intelligence & imagineer immense possibilities to drive the organization to a multidimensional business services and position itself as a highly reliable and accredited company on the global arena.Job DescriptionThe Senior Architect is responsible for:The development of architectural designs·        Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations·        Leading project teams and coordinating with other departments·        Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders·        Mentoring junior architects and assisting in their professional development Project Management Initiating ProjectsReview project briefs and set initial project objectives.Organize a kickoff meeting with the project team to discuss requirements.Planning StageDevelop a comprehensive project plan detailing timelines, resources, and budgets.Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before proceeding.Execution Phase Monitor the progress of projects against the project plan.Adjust project plans as necessary to account for unforeseen circumstances. ClosureUpon project completion, ensure all documentation is finalized and archived.Conduct a project debrief with the team to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Design DevelopmentConceptual DesignCreate and present conceptual designs to clients for approval.Iterate on design concepts based on feedback received.Detailed DesignOversee the production of detailed architectural drawings and specifications. Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate all systems into the design.Design ReviewRegularly review design documents for quality assurance.Address any issues or changes that arise during the design phase. Client InteractionMeetingsSchedule regular meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, ensuring that all information is clear and accurate.CommunicationMaintain open lines of communication with all project stakeholders.'Provide clear and timely responses to any inquiries or concerns from clients. Team LeadershipTeam CoordinationAssign tasks to team members based on individual strengths and project requirements.Conduct regular team meetings to ensure everyone is informed and aligned with project goals.Professional Development Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement among team members.Provide mentoring and guidance to junior architects and interns. ComplianceEnsure that all design work and architectural practices adhere to:·        Local, state, and federal building codes·        Zoning laws and regulations·        Industry best practices and ethical guidelines DocumentationMaintain accurate records of all architectural processes, including: ·        Project plans and schedules·        Design drafts and revisions·        Client communications·        Team meeting minutes software Skills:AutocadSketchupenscapeLumion
