Job Description: Senior IT & Tech Development Manager (Saa S & Startup Experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior IT & Tech Development Manager with extensive experience in Saa S platforms and startup environments. This pivotal role will lead our technology initiatives, overseeing product development, IT infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, innovative solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, and has a proven track record of driving successful software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership
Oversee the end-to-end development of Saa S platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines and budgets.
Define and implement the technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives and scalability goals.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, integrating innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
Product Development & Management
Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features, ensure seamless user experiences, and align development with market needs.
Implement best practices for agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops workflows.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to ensure technology supports overall business goals.
Infrastructure & Security
Ensure robust IT infrastructure and system reliability to support business operations.
Develop and enforce security protocols, compliance measures, and disaster recovery plans.
Optimize cloud services and architecture for performance and cost-efficiency.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
Monitor and analyze product performance, implementing improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Establish KPIs and reporting structures to measure and communicate progress.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Startup & Saa S Expertise
Leverage experience in startup environments to create scalable, cost-effective solutions for rapid growth.
Utilize deep understanding of Saa S business models to design features and architectures that meet client demands.
Support the company’s scaling efforts with strategic technical decision-making.
Qualifications:
Experience:
7+ years of experience in IT and software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing Saa S product development in a startup or high-growth environment.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and integrations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java Script, Node.js, etc.) and frameworks.
Expertise in database management (SQL, No SQL) and software architecture design.
Strong understanding of security protocols, compliance standards, and data protection laws.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and drive collaboration.
