To lead this prestigious initiative, we invite an exceptional professional to join us as Global Events Head (Events Division) a dynamic leader with a global mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and a proven record of excellence in the hospitality and luxury real estate events domain. This is a leadership mandate for a visionary professional who can conceptualise, curate, and command global-scale events that celebrate innovation, design, and investment within the hospitality and luxury real estate ecosystem. As the Head of the Global Events Division , you will drive the entire event lifecycle from vision to execution leading strategy, operations, sales, marketing, sponsorship, and partnerships with precision and passion. You will be responsible for building a world-class platform that connects the global hospitality and real estate fraternity, positioning Noesis as the foremost curator of high-impact industry experiences .   Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision for the global events division, aligned with Noesis’s strategic growth objectives. · End-to-End Event Management: Oversee the ideation, design, planning, and flawless execution of conferences, summits, exhibitions, and boutique forums across global markets. · Drive profitability and growth with full P&L responsibility exceeding USD 1.5 million , ensuring sustainable revenue models through sponsorships, partnerships, and ticketed events. · Lead dynamic sales and marketing campaigns, manage key sponsorship accounts, and establish global partnerships with luxury brands, developers, and investors. · Industry Ecosystem Engagement: Foster strong relationships within the construction, design, and lifestyle ecosystem — including paints, cement, lighting, furniture, interior design, décor, and construction technology sectors. · Brand & Experience Excellence: Build an international event brand that embodies sophistication, innovation, and influence. · Team & Operations Leadership: Lead a high-performance team responsible for operations, logistics, content, communications, and on-ground delivery.   Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven leadership in managing large-scale hospitality, luxury real estate, or lifestyle events (conferences, summits, exhibitions, boutique experiences). · Direct accountability for event budgets of at least USD 1.Hands-on experience in conceptualising and executing events across international destinations. · Network: Strong industry relationships with leading brands in construction, luxury interiors, and allied sectors. · Mindset: Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and performance-driven with a balance of creativity and commercial acumen. · Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (10 AM – 7 PM, in-office); Saturdays (Work-from-Home) · Environment: Entrepreneurial, agile, and performance-focused, fostering innovation and ownership. · Compensation: Industry-leading remuneration with performance-linked incentives and growth opportunities.   At Noesis , you don’t just build events — you build global legacies . · A rare opportunity to lead a world-class events vertical at the intersection of hospitality, real estate, and investment · Direct access to global decision-makers, investors, and luxury brands · A stage to create experiences that shape industries and inspire generations
