What we do
One of the first products that we have developed is a rapid, chemical-free agriculture testing
solution using NIR Spectroscopy and Machine Learning models. We realized that the
product itself won’t solve all the problems on-ground and thus, we developed an end-to-end
service to deliver real-value of soil testing and soil health data to our customers.
About Neoperk
We are a team of young, passionate and focused entrepreneurs who are thriving to make a
huge impact by leveraging technology. Currently, we are helping farmers to improve their
crop yields through timely, reliable and affordable access to their soil health data using our
end-to- end soil testing solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and designs
● Collaborate with the product and cx team to ensure a consistent and user-friendly
design across platforms
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user behavior
and needs
● Help develop user personas, journey maps, and other tools for effective design
solutions
● Work on improving the overall user experience by refining UI elements and design
consistency
● Assist in gathering and organizing design feedback from internal teams and users

Required Skills
● Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, and prototyping
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva and other similar tools
● Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and share
design ideas
● Strong attention to detail and ability to create polished, user-centered designs that also
meet business requirements
Good to Have
● A portfolio or personal projects demonstrating your design skills
● Basic understanding of branding and how to maintain consistent visual identity across
platforms
● Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design solutions
