Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for day-to-day client tasks related to legal consulting and advocacy. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, directly interacting with clients, and providing legal advice and advocacy services to corporate clients.
Qualifications & Experience
You must:
Possess a law degree from a recognised institution
Be admitted to a Bar Council
Be based in or be ready to move to Bangalore
Have 4-8 years of experience in legal consulting and advocacy
Have strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures
Possess excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience Focus
It will be an added advantage for you to have prior experience in handling labour & employment laws, employee relations matters and as also exposure to technology contracts review and negotiation.
