Job Summary: Ongole Bulls Invest Pvt Ltd, a dynamic and fast-growing financial services company, is seeking a certified  Mutual Fund Distributor  to join our team. The ideal candidate must have cleared the  NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Exam  and should possess the knowledge, skills, and passion to educate, guide, and empower clients in their mutual fund investments. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused and driven to make a meaningful impact in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition:
Identify and onboard prospective clients for mutual fund investments.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through referrals, cold calls, and networking.
Advisory Services:
Assess clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Recommend suitable mutual fund schemes based on clients' profiles and market trends.
Educate clients on the benefits of SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans) and other mutual fund options.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized services.
Conduct regular reviews of clients' investment portfolios and suggest necessary adjustments.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on mutual fund schemes, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Communicate market updates and investment opportunities to clients effectively.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and AMFI guidelines at all times.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment transactions.
Business Growth:
Contribute to the company’s growth by achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with team members to design and execute financial literacy workshops.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Certification:  Must have cleared the  NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Exam.
Education:  Minimum  Bachelor’s Degree  in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:  1–3 years in mutual fund distribution, financial advisory, or related roles (preferred but not mandatory for freshers with certification).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
Proficiency in using CRM software and financial tools.
A client-first attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Regulatory Knowledge:  Familiarity with SEBI and AMFI regulations.
