You’ll learn how to dive deep into datasets, analyze user journeys, and build dashboards that help shape the insights powering India’s fastest-growing jewelry platform. This is a high-impact learning opportunity where you’ll get exposure to analytics at internet scale.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key business KPIsWork with SQL queries to extract and analyze data from large datasetsSupport analysis of customer journeys, funnels, and product flows using Mixpanel or similar toolsHelp derive insights that improve customer experience and product engagementCollaborate with team members to evaluate experiments and product performancePresent findings in a structured, data-backed way to internal stakeholdersMust-HaveRecently graduated from IIT/NITStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of SQL and data handlingBasic understanding of data visualization (Power BI/Tableau/Looker)Excellent communication and attention to detailNice to HaveExposure to Python/R for data analysisInterest in e-commerce, consumer tech, or marketplacesPrior internship or academic project experience in data analyticsWhat’s in it for youDirect mentorship from senior analysts & the founding teamOpportunity to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced start-upLearn the dynamics of e-commerce, customer analytics & business strategyA dynamic and collaborative work environment – no hierarchy/politicsLocation: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)️ Working Days: 6 days/weekWebsite:
