Recruitment of PLC Programmer for TOPWERK India:We are looking to hire experienced PLC programmer to design and install controller systemsoftware for our clients. The candidate needs to travel to client locations (India & Abroad)analyzing system requirements, writing, and installing custom programmable logic code,testing system efficiency, and providing operational support.To ensure success as a PLC programmer, you should have excellent knowledge of machinemechanics, a logical approach, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A skilledPLC programmer should be able to easily identify and design a robust program fit for anymechanical or electrical purpose.Detailed knowledge of PLC automation software’s and hardware PLC S7-300, S7-400S7-1200, ET200SP, ET200S, ET200MP, ET200M, PLC S7-1500 (Siemens TIA, WinCC andcoding languages like’s JavaScript, Python, C#, CFC)Roles and Responsibilities:Meeting with clients to discuss their mechanical or electrical automation needs.Drawing electrical or mechanical schematics to demonstrate how processes will work.Developing and installing machine programs using automation software and custom codinglanguages.Determining machine automation test criteria before the final installation.Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.Troubleshooting system errors.Overseeing the successful installation of PLC programs.Documenting development processes.Providing clients with technical support.Work with minimal supervision.Travel when required.Profile Required:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a similar field.PLC technical certification.At least 4 years’ experience as a PLC programmer.Electrical and mechanical engineering experience preferred.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical processes.Knowledge of software design principals.Detailed knowledge of PLC automation software preferably Siemens TIA Step 7 & WinCCKnowledge of VB and/or C# required for PLC/ SCADA configurationWinCC scripting and web development knowledge will be a plusKnowledge on Server configuration in OPC DA & UAShould be able to configure web server and diagnostics.In depth knowledge on network protocols like Profibus and ProfinetUnderstanding of SCL scripting in PLC.Knowledge on S7 Graph shall be added advantageSafety programming concepts on AS-I interface.Interested candidates please send your cv to
