This role is all about precision, speed, and accountability — ensuring every dispatch, credit note, and debit note runs seamlessly across our marketplaces and D2C channels.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day order dispatches and ensure on-time delivery coordination with the warehouse team.Track and manage credit notes, debit notes , and returns for all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).Handle reconciliation and settlement reports across channels.Monitor reverse logistics, cancellations, and replacements.Maintain detailed documentation and daily operational MIS reports.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies quickly.Support overall D2C and marketplace operations for efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications:1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations .Proficiency in Excel, data reporting, and marketplace dashboards.Strong attention to detail, with a knack for process optimization.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Self-motivated and dependable with a problem-solving mindset.Location: Nu Republic Headquarters — Gurugram, HaryanaType: Full-time | On-site
