We are seeking a seasoned Service Head with expertise in the Commercial Vehicle/Heavy Vehicle sector to lead our service operations and drive excellence. If you have a strong technical and commercial background with leadership capabilities, this opportunity is for you
Position Details:
Designation: Manager/Senior Manager
Qualification: Graduate in Engineering (MBA preferred)
Experience: Minimum 8+ years in the heavy vehicle or related industry
Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual business planning and review performance metrics for service and parts.
Oversee accounts receivable, customer satisfaction, and warranty claims management.
Expand service infrastructure and manage inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
Handle escalations, post-sales service, and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team through effective people management.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of P&L management and the commercial vehicle market.
Technical expertise in heavy vehicles and commercial acumen.
Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage complex relationships.
