Senior Lead Designer

Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Designer to head design initiatives for Salesforce-based applications and experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, design leadership, and hands-on delivery, ensuring user-centric, scalable, and visually compelling solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Performing the end-to-end design process (research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing) for Salesforce products and implementations. Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into intuitive design solutions. Define and maintain design systems and component libraries compatible with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). Mentor and guide a team of designers, providing feedback, conducting design reviews, and driving design quality. Work with stakeholders to shape design strategy for enterprise-scale Salesforce rollouts. Advocate for accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent customer experience across products. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years in UX/UI/Product Design. Proven experience designing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, custom apps). Strong knowledge of SLDS, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools. Excellent understanding of enterprise UX, data-heavy interfaces, and complex workflows. Strong communication skills to present concepts to senior executives and cross-functional teams. Experience with designing for multilingual, multi-device environments.
